Key Holding

Key Holding

It may be necessary to attend premises out of hours. Commonly, this may be due to alarm activation or a call out from the police following an occurrence in the vicinity.

Commonly, these things happen in the dead of night and for staff it is a very unpleasant experience to attend premises alone. There is also a risk of offenders lying in wait for a key holder with the intent
of applying duress to gain entry to premises.

We offer a service in which we can attend premises on behalf of clients or, more commonly, accompany key holders out of hours to deal with such incidents.
